NOTES: East of Frazier Park, the Mount Pinos area has an extensive cross-country ski trail network.
To reach the Ski Patrol Facility Parking Area from the intersection of Monterey Trail and Frazier Mountain Park Road in Frazier Park, go west on Frazier Mountain Park Rd. for 3.3 miles. Veer left staying on Frazier Mountain Park Rd. (the name changes to Lockwood Valley Road.) Travel 3 miles to a right on Mount Pinos Rd (FR 9N04.) Go 7.25 miles to the Ski Patrol Facility and park to the left.
