REGION: Panhandle National Forest TITLE: Fourth of July Pass
NOTES: East of Couer dAlene, the Fourth-of-July Pass area has over 25 km of trails groomed weekly. The system consists of three loop trails that wind through beautiful cedar and other coniferous trees.
The trailhead is located 10 miles east of Couer d Alene off US 90, and a Idaho Park-N-Ski sticker is required.
To reach the trailhead from the intersection of Business I-90 and I-90 in Coeur dAlene, go east/south on I-90 for 13.5 miles. Parking is on the right at the 4th of July Park N Ski.
